REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Syrgon (website domain: syrgon.com) carpet products. To protect your legal rights and clarify the refund process and rules, we have established the following refund policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing. Placing an order constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the terms of this policy.
You must meet the following conditions to submit a refund request:
Application deadline: Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of the carpet product. Failure to do so will automatically waive your refund rights. (After-sales service requests due to product quality issues are not subject to this time limit, but proof of the quality issue must be provided.)
Refund requests for non-quality issues: The carpet must be in new, unused condition, free of stains, wear, or signs of cutting or modification. The original packaging (including hangtag, dust bag, product manual, and other accessories) must be intact and not compromised for resale.
Refund requests for quality issues: Clear photos/videos of product quality issues (such as fabric damage, misaligned pattern printing, unthreaded edges, or significant discrepancies between dimensions and order descriptions) must be provided. After verification and confirmation by our after-sales team, the "unused" condition will not apply.
You can initiate a refund request via the following methods:
Email: Send a refund request to customer service at service@syrgon.com with the subject line "[Refund Request] + Order Number." The body of the email should include the order number, recipient information, reason for refund, proof of issue (photo/video), and your payment account information (bank card number/Alipay account + account holder name).
Website (if applicable): Log in to your syrgon.com account, go to "My Orders," find the order, click "Request After-Sales - Refund," follow the prompts, and upload your proof of receipt.
Syrgon reserves the right of final interpretation of this refund policy. We may update this policy from time to time based on business adjustments. The updated policy will be posted on the syrgon.com homepage and will take effect the day after the posting. If there are any significant changes, we will notify existing customers by email.
